Many customers think that ordering directly from China can provide better results. If this was the case, we wouldn’t be as popular as we are. Here are some reasons we are the best option:
- Ordering with Chinese agents/suppliers is a transactional nightmare. You will be asked to pay into their local currency (as they do not have UK based bank accounts like us) which not only incurs high transaction fees, but the currency conversions they implement are far from accurate! From fees and conversions alone, you will notice a 15-25% increase on the item cost. However, with us, you see a price on our site in your local currency, pay that exact amount, and receive the item!
  • They notoriously overcharge on shipping. It’s not just the items they make a profit on, but the shipping too. Once you place orders with Chinese Agents, you find yourself having only paid for the item, then once they receive the item, they then charge you again for the shipping, at extortionate rates, sometimes as high as £10/kg! This means a single pair of shoes can cost you £20 just to be shipped, before even paying for the item. This shipping also then requires the same transaction fees and poor currency conversion! With us, we only make a small profit on the items themselves. We specifically went to our factory management in Fujian, China, and were put in contact directly with shipment companies, to ensure we can have the cheapest, yet most efficient shipping possible. We do not take a profit on shipment, hence why we offer free shipping on orders over £100.00.
  • We offer security. If something goes wrong when ordering from China, you may find it difficult to reach a resolution. Whether the item came damaged, completely wrong, or didn’t come at all, you will be in a position of attempting to retrieve your Chinese currency from a Chinese bank, which rarely will work. With us, you are guaranteed by our policy that means if your orders don’t arrive they way they were supposed to, a free replacement or refund is offer.Essentially, as we are the first UK Supplier to create a supply chain in China, we sell the same items that Chinese suppliers do, but allowing you to avoid unnecessary fees, enjoy ultimate security, not overpay for shipping, and feel more comfortable speaking English with a team that actually is English!

As we are shipping directly from China, we only offer returns if there is an issue with the delivery, such as the wrong item was sent to you.

Currently, due to the nature of what we sell, we are unable to integrate our site with typical payment processors, such as Stripe, or Apple Pay. For now, the only payment option we offer is a Payment Link, that will be provided to you post checkout, and also sent to your email. This requires you to input your order number (given to you post checkout) into the payment reference. Once paid, the order will be manually checked and processed within 24 hours.

We are also working on integrating with payment processors that allow for typical card payments and Apple Pay.

All our items are shipped with discreet packaging, protected to ensure no damage occurs during transit, that also has no sign of our branding. This allows for peace of mind for you, the customer, but also allows for you to drop-ship our stock if you are a reseller.
We have had over 7,000 orders in the past year (and counting) and have yet to have had a seized parcel (we have had single digit parcels end up lost due to customer inputting invalid shipping address). However, rest assured, if your parcel does not reach you for whatever reason, we will issue a refund, or replacement as per your request! If you don’t receive what you ordered, you will be compensated, no matter what! Simple!
Currently, to all countries in Europe, our shipment time is 7-14 days. Should you have seen our Vouches Channel, you will constantly see buyers send in the orders with a message stating joy at their order arriving within a week! Our shipment is very fast, as, once again, we have perfected it by manually creating this spending time in China.
Yes! All our items come with the correct packaging / box that the original should come with. Most items come with the receipts / papers that the original should also come with.
