Many customers think that ordering directly from China can provide better results. If this was the case, we wouldn’t be as popular as we are. Here is why we are the best option:

• No transactional nightmare. Chinese agents ask you to pay in their local currency — they do not have UK bank accounts like us — which incurs high transaction fees, and the conversions they use are far from accurate. From fees and conversions alone you will notice a 15-25% increase on the item cost. With us, you see a price on our site in your local currency, pay that exact amount, and receive the item.
• They notoriously overcharge on shipping. Once you place an order with a Chinese agent you pay for the item, then get charged again for shipping at rates as high as £10/kg — a single pair of shoes can cost £20 just to ship, before the item itself, plus the same fees and poor conversion again. We went to our factory management in Fujian, China and were put in contact directly with shipment companies to get the cheapest, most efficient shipping possible. We take no profit on shipping, which is why we offer free shipping on orders over £100.00.
• We offer security. If something goes wrong ordering from China, a resolution is hard to reach — you would be trying to retrieve Chinese currency from a Chinese bank. With us, our policy guarantees a free replacement or refund if your order does not arrive the way it was supposed to.

As the first UK supplier to create a supply chain in China, we sell the same items Chinese suppliers do — without the unnecessary fees, with real security, no shipping mark-up, and an English-speaking team that actually is English.

As we ship directly from China, we only offer returns if there is an issue with the delivery — such as the wrong item being sent to you.

Currently, due to the nature of what we sell, we are unable to integrate our site with typical payment processors such as Stripe or Apple Pay. For now the only payment option we offer is a payment link, provided to you post checkout and also sent to your email. This requires you to input your order number (given to you post checkout) into the payment reference. Once paid, the order is manually checked and processed within 24 hours.

We are also working on integrating with payment processors that allow for typical card payments and Apple Pay.

All our items are shipped in discreet packaging, protected to ensure no damage occurs in transit, with no sign of our branding. That gives you peace of mind — and lets you drop-ship our stock if you are a reseller.

We have had over 7,000 orders in the past year (and counting) and have yet to have a seized parcel — we have had single digit parcels lost due to customers inputting an invalid shipping address. Rest assured, if your parcel does not reach you for whatever reason we will issue a refund or replacement as per your request. If you don’t receive what you ordered, you will be compensated, no matter what. Simple.

Currently, to all countries in Europe, our shipment time is 7-14 days. On our vouches channel you will constantly see buyers posting their orders with a message stating joy at their order arriving within a week. Our shipment is very fast, as we perfected it by spending time in China building it manually.

Yes. All our items come with the correct packaging / box that the original should come with. Most items also come with the receipts and papers the original should come with.
